Ready to book? What happens next?

From initial contact through to receiving your dream invitations, we’ve laid out the full process for you.

Please factor in delivery time and production when booking your stationery. You’ll need to allow at least 6 weeks from your design date for this full process.

Please get in touch using our contact form or email and we will contact you.  We love to start each invitation suite with a quick chat. This can be via a call, skype or in person. You can choose. 

This is where we will discuss all your ideas, options, personalization and choice of materials - an in-depth talk about your dream stationery.

I’ll also talk you through the design process and what to expect throughout. 

After your phone call, I will email you everything we have spoken about so you can digest all the information, along with an invoice for 50% of the total within three working days and our term and conditions.

Once you have paid your initial invoice, your design date is set and I will send you this date along with all the details on how we start designing your stationery.

We will then a meeting to discuss the final print proof for you to approve. This can either be again via skype or in person. If we send your design to you, we will also provide detailed instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors, spelling mistakes or changes after the proofs have been approved –  you might want a friend or family member to check with you! Once you have approved your proofs, your final invoice will be issued.

All items are produced and made by hand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this process. Everything is packaged up for you and sent via royal mail. Although we can deliver in other means - Additional cost will be involved.
